The charitable organization «Ravnovesie» and the charity fund «Filaret» are gathering naval uniform (sailor's striped vests, peakless hats, pea-jackets, belts and etc.) for the organization of the «Yellow Submarine» social mitigation center for orphaned children based upon the Orthodox country centre «Derzhavniy» (vil. Kuzminskoe, the Ryazan Region, Russia). «Derzhavniy» is located in the one of most picturesque region in Russia, it is the native land of the magnificent Russian poet Sergey Esenin.
The first immersion will have been carried out this summer.
Sailor's striped vests, peakless hats, pea-jackets, belts and etc. are being gathered in two Russian cities: Moscow and Petrozavodsk.
